How do I apply for the Path program? I have a referral to Directions from my primary Dr.. I haven't been there in a year but my Dr. was Miss Beverly.. I have been homeless since December 2019 because I was in a depression and lost my section 8 because I couldn't find a 3 bedroom apartment and my voucher ran out. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
