Dothan Rescue Mission

The Dothan Rescue Mission is a haven of hope for the lost and lonely, who call the streets their home.

We offer hot food, clean clothing, temporary shelter, and the possibility of a more abundant life.

With a thirty-three year history of providing lifelines for those drowning in the waves of adversity and the undertow of addiction, we are on the street and in the face of the problem.


Mission Statement: The Dothan Rescue Mission can say after four years of hard work and planning, the Marty Robbins Wiregrass Center for Homeless Prevention is completed. This facility will serve dual purposes. One it will be our new sixty bed men's lodge. Second it will serve as the training facility to help give each individual the needs to maintain a job and become an asset to the community. This facility will offer Computer Skills, Job Skills, GED Classes, Life Skills, as well as Discipleship Classes.
