As a leader in the field of rescue and recovery for over 100 years, the Erie City Mission exists to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those on the margins of our city.
Our doors remain open so that lives may be changed and hope may be restored.
Programs:
Grace House
Long-term, therapeutic transitional living facility for single women, without children, committed to life transformation.
Women's Connection Ministry
A weekly outreach open to all women, the Women's Connection Ministry (WCM) seeks to foster friendship, support and spiritual growth.
Samaritan Care Program
Our Samaritan Care Program provides emergency shelter for men (18 years and older) needing a safe, clean place to sleep.
New Life Program
Long-term comprehensive residential recovery program for men committed to making a true change in their lives.
Public Meal
The Mission serves a free public lunch to hundreds of hungry men, women and children at the following locations.
Family Care Center
The Family Care Center serves as the Missions free public food and clothing pantries; providing emergency groceries, personal care items, clothing and small household items to men, women and children in need. Spiritual support counseling and agency referrals are also available.

Community Garden
Under the provision of the Family Care Center, the Erie City Mission provides fresh vegetables and fruit, grown in our community garden, for use in our free public meals and our food pantry.
