The Texas Regional Heart MHMR is a TX PATH provider.


PATH stands for Homeless Transition Assistance Projects.


The PATH program finances services for people with severe mental illness who are affected by homelessness.


PATH providers are local public or non-profit organizations that have received funding from the U.S. Government PATH to provide services to people who are not currently connected to the core services.


Some SERVICE PATHS programs provide, but are not completely inclusive for all programs (some PATH providers offer all of these services, while others focus on providing one or two of them.
