Four Rivers Behavioral Health is a private, not-for-profit agency providing comprehensive, integrated mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability services.

Services:Community Mental Health Center; mental health assistance, outpatient therapy,service coordination, crisis stabilization, specialized children services, psychiatric services, and service referrals. Substance abuse treatment; DUI offender.
For clients with a demonstrated financial need, a sliding scale fee is available.
