Services:Case management for homeless families. Transitional program for families with 16 scattered-site 2- and 3- bedroom units. (length based on need) Permanent housing program for victims of domestic violence who are disabled and homeless. (15 individuals per year) Permanent housing program for veterans who are convicted felons being released from Kentucky prison system. Assist with first month's rent and offers case management.
