Don't walk...RUN from this place. Food poisoning (2 hospitalizations), staff that talks to the clients as if they're criminals. If one person breaks one of their MANY rules they punish everyone in the shelter to "teach everyone a lesson". The place is run by uneducated criminals. You're better off in the street.

You'll be far safer, warmer, cleaner and happier in a tent, AND you'll be able to hang on to at least a shred of your dignity.
