Eligible individuals and families (including TANF families) can receive short-term financial assistance if they are at risk of becoming homeless.
Client must have received notice of delinquent rental payments or be facing eviction, and have no means to pay the past due rent as well as outstanding utility bills.
Clients also receive strength-based case management and referrals to other services to assist with maintaining long-term stability.
