Northeast Kingdom Community Action, Inc. is a state-owned VT PATH provider.
PATH stands for Homeless Transition Assistance Projects.
The PATH programmed funds serve people with serious mental illness experiencing homelessness.
A PATH provider is a local public or nonprofit organization that receives U.S. government PATH funding for Those not currently connected to mainstream services.
Some PATH programs of the services provide, but are not completely inclusive for all programs (some PATH providers offer all of these services, while others focus on providing one or two of them.

Screening and diagnostic treatment
Habitation and rehabilitation
Community mental health
Drug abuse treatment
References for primary health care, vocational training, housing, educational assistance
housing services as specified in paragraph 522(b)(10)
