Salvation Army Houston
Also called Harbor Light Center, the Salvation Army mens shelter provides emergency shelter along with evaluation for long-term shelter, medical screening and referral, and spiritual services. First-time residents need to arrive by 2pm for intake, while returning residents can be back by 4:30pm. Clients must bring a state-issued ID.
Stay for up to 8 days is free, and costs $10 per day after that.
