Do you have any experience with the office personnel? How were they?

Yes, some are helpful if you can actually get a live person to answer or call you back. The way it is set up is very confusing. Instead if each department being separated they should be joined. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. ACT is useless and a waste of funding. All they do is call once a month. They dont actually help or do anything.

I brought my 28yr old bipolar son here for medication. I waited 4 hours, only to get an appointment 5 WEEKS from now. THIS IS WHY AMERICA HAS SUCH A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM. I hope my son doesn't hurt himself or someone else in the next 5 weeks. If that happens, I will be filing a lawsuit. I did a mental health warrant. They diagnosed him in 4 HOURS,not the required 72 hours. This place is a joke.
