Good afternoon, on 08/14/2023 around 11:30 am I when to the San Vicente Paul in bullhead city to ask for help for first time. The lady in charge of helping people was angry and non-polite. I waited my turn, she told me to put a mask, I asked if wearing a mask was mandatory. She got very angry and said yes this is my office I run this place. So I put the mask on even when she was so rude to me. Then she ask me for my id, I give her my id and she said I can't help you please leave. I ask why she can't help me, she threw my id and told me is California id. I said ok why you so mad and throw my id? She screaming at me to leave that she won't help me. I recorded her and I continuing to asking why she is so mad and mistreatment me and other people. She told me to leave that she management the entire place. I decided to leave confused for the treatment. I also witnessed another person the was mistreated in that day.
