Stability First

Stability First is a non-profit organization established to address multiple issues associated with the alleviation of poverty. It deals with transitional housing as well as a circle of services geared toward assisting low income families in increasing their financial stability and self sufficiency.
At present there are three aspects to the work:
The Pike St. Bridge provides residents with safe, transitional housing, helping them get established, enabling them to attain sustainable housing upon exiting the program.
The Lynay Center provides services to bring stability into the lives of the under resourced; i.e. job and financial coaching.
The Magdalene House is a womens shelter created to meet the needs of women who do not qualify or fit the criteria for Well Spring and Desert Rose.
It is with great pleasure that we submit this ministry description to you. As you know, we have established the Stability First network. The financial, volunteer and prayer support of our local community is vital to the success of this effort.
