Formerly known as the Interfaith Housing Association of Westport & Weston, Homes with Hopes mission is to support the homeless and those at-risk of homelessness in the communities we serve by providing food, safe emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, and the case management needed to achieve a more independent and self-sufficient life.
Homes with Hope is a local grassroots response to the tragedy of homelessness.
With a caring professional staff and the help of more than 400 volunteers,
Homes with Hope assists people to live independent and self-sufficient lives.
