Waccamaw Center for Mental Health is a provider of DEVELOPPEMENT SERVICES.
PATH means "Projects to assist in transition from homelessness".
The PATH program funds to assist people with serious mental illnesses suffering from homelessness.
PATH providers are local public or non-profit organizations that have received PATH funds from the U.S. government to provide services to people who are not currently connected to traditional services.
Some PATH services programs provide, but are not entirely inclusive for all programs (some PATH providers offer all these services, while others focus on providing one or two of them.
Outreach services:
Screening and diagnostic treatment
Habitation and Rehabilitation
Mental health in the community
Drug abuse treatment
Referrals to basic health care, vocational training, housing, educational assistance
The housing services referred to in section 522(a) shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 18.
