Our vision is to do our part but also help others do their part. We provide a means by which people that do not have time, but do have resources to help this fight against homelessness, can join in this fight through partnership and collaboration. We help fight the daily battle helping individuals the proper way, one person, one family, one human-being at a time.
Mission Statement: To reduce the number of youth experiencing homelessness and prevent further youth from becoming homeless by ensuring youth and their families have the services and supports they need.
Good evening my name is Nicole I'm reaching out to you guys to find out if you have any information about any medical homeless shelters I'm on dialysis and I have kidney disease and lupus I was in The domestic violence shelter and to be discharged. I had started working but end up being sick in the hospital not too long ago after so I'm looking for a facility especially a medical facility that's going to help me get my dialysis treatment that's needed.
